Join us for FREE! Tai Chi all summer long at Silver Sands Park in Milford, CT. Hosted by Sifu Shirley Ha (Chock) under her new school name, Tai Chi United.
Our monthly summer Tai Chi pop up series kicks off Memorial Day weekend. Join us at 10AM the last Sunday of everyone month at Silver Sands State Park, located at 1 Silver Sands Pkwy in Milford, CT. We'll be by the picnic area near the the boardwalk. The pop ups are beginner friendly FREE classes with easy to follow Qigong and Tai Chi routines. Try Push Hands in a friendly, cooperative setting.
