Join us for a special candlelit Yin Yoga evening on Friday the 19th September, as we gently honour the changing seasons and prepare to welcome the Autumnal Equinox. This session is designed to be nurturing, allowing you to slow down, ground your energy and reflect on what you’re ready to release as we transition from the fullness of summer into the quieter months ahead.
We’ll begin with calming breath work and a simple letting go fire ritual to symbolically clear space, in body, mind and heart. Then we’ll move into a deeply restorative yin yoga practice, inviting stillness, reflection and connection, followed by a nourishing Yoga Nidra.
