Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where movement is linked with breath in a smooth, continuous flow.

Each pose transitions into the next with an inhale or exhale, creating a meditative and energising practice.

It often includes sun salutations, standing poses, balances and seated stretches, all choreographed to keep you moving.

No two classes are exactly the same, which keeps it fresh and engaging.

Vinyasa Flow yoga is great for building strength, flexibility and focus while also calming the mind.

These classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am
