Join us as we learn dementia-aware techniques and ways to adapt our own communication to meet the needs of our loved ones and help to make interactions positive and meaningful.

Hannah is the Assistant Executive Director at Rock Creek Senior Living. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has worked in senior care for over 10 years and has her Master's in Gerontology. She has experience working across all levels of care (skilled, short-term rehab, independent, and assisted living), but her heart is with memory care. She is passionate about helping individuals and families throughout their journey with dementia.
