It is always a pleasure for us to open and share the superb wines from Tim Smith, and even more so when the man is here in Brisbane to do it himself! One of the Barossa’s most humble and unassuming winemakers, Tim always has a plethora of cracking stories to tell, from his early days working as a roadie on tour with Australian rock ‘royalty’, through to his 25 years in the wine industry across the world, whilst establishing his own Barossa wine label in 2001. Tim is something of a Barossa purist, so if you like your traditional style Barossa wines, influenced by the classic styles of the Rhone Valley, these are the wines for you.
