Namaste and Thank you for taking an interest in my Meditaion & Relaxation Practice

I invite you to take half an hour out of your week to just 'Be' and do nothing. Allow your Body to rest in a calm Meditative state using Breathwork techniques and different positions to copmpletely 'Let Go' of stress and tension

How it works
🧘‍♀️Choosing a position that works for you - lying down, seated, legs up against the wall, on your side in a fetal position. Using bolsters and cushions to get real comfy, sand bags for a weighted experience (very popular)
🧘‍♀️Acknowledging fidgets and movements until (if we do) find stillness
🧘‍♀️Allowing unwanted and unneeded thoughts to come and leave
🧘‍♀️Simple Breathing tecniques to help calm the Mind and Body

Why not practice the Yoga beforehand as well (£12) for £15 inclusive
