Six-week Yoga course starting on Sunday the 13th of July, 10am at Gwaelod y Garth Village Hall.

Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through the Pranayama, Asana and Kriya of the Gitananda Yoga tradition. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those who have experience. We will start slow and build up.

If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.

What is included?

🟠 Six one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.

🟠 Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.

🟠 Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.

🟠 A Gong Bath relaxation in class six.

Usual price - £40 for 5-weeks or £75 when booking for 10 weeks in advance.
