Level 1 Jewellery Making Course September 26th - October 17th - 4 Weeks

During this 4 week course you will learn fundamental techniques of how to roll out the clay to a consistent thickness, add textures, how to cut, dry and smooth the clay, and once fired how to give it that beautiful shine.
You will also learn:
How to add embellishments to your pieces(s) to create interest, focus and enhance the design.
How to attache a handmade bail to a pendant
How to set a cubic zirconia in Silver Clay - stone setting
How to add a patina to emphasis textures and can create an antique look to your piece(s).

Further progression courses will be available after you complete the Level 1 course.

• Materials - 10g of silver Art Clay, more can be purchased during the course if required.
• Use of all equipment needed to make your jewellery piece(s)
• Access to different textures, texture mats, moulds, and shapes to create wonderful and unique piece of jewellery.
• Ear wires and chains are an additional cost if you would like to purchase some on the day.
