Celebrate summer with a new exercise routine! In this class, certified trainer, Jon Leslie of A Club In Motion will teach you how to work out with a mobility club. This type of exercise:

Improves upper body range of motion
Enhances balance
Increases core stability
Promotes stronger grip
Increases injury resilience
Strengthens shoulder and arm muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
