Drum circle facilitator, Ayanna Gallant of Aya Cultural Arts Studio, weaves together her training in Village Music Circles, West African drumming, and mindfulness, to guide participants in a rhythmic journey playing amazing rhythms together, inviting various instruments from around the world, songs, movement, and whatever else rhythmically moves you.
