Join us at Soul Sanctuary Yoga for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that blends the gentle practice of restorative yoga with the soothing vibrations of a Full Moon Sound Immersion Journey. This 3 hour session is designed to help you release tension, find inner calm, reconnect with your body and mind and is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief and relaxation, beginners looking for a gentle and accessible yoga experience and those curious (or passionate) about the transformative power of sound healing.


Schedule:

6.00pm - 7.00pm - Restorative Yoga Class*

7.00pm - 7.30pm - Relaxation Break

7.30pm - 8.30pm - Sound Bath

8.30pm - 9.00pm - Tea & Connection


Please note that attendees will need to arrive no later than 5.45pm for a strict 6.00pm start time. To ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all participants, the studio doors will be locked promptly at the start of the event, and we kindly ask that late arrivals refrain from knocking.

As winter draws to a close and spring quietly stirs beneath the surface, this full moon invites you to pause, soften, and prepare for gentle renewal. This deeply nourishing restorative yoga session is designed to support your transition through the seasons — a moment to gather energy, ground your body, and create spaciousness before stepping into the months ahead. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be guided through long-held, restful poses that allow your body to fully surrender. Through breath, stillness, and conscious rest, you’ll gently unwind tension, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. Rooted in lunar energy and seasonal rhythm, this practice is an opportunity to let go of lingering heaviness and honour your need for replenishment. Restorative yoga has been shown to improve sleep, reduce stress, and enhance emotional clarity — supporting your wellbeing on every level. This is your time to slow down, be held, and prepare for the tender shift into spring — with softness, presence, and care.

Join us for this deeply grounding 60-minute Full Moon Sound Immersion Journey. This powerful experience carries the powerful themes of gratitude, abundance, reflection, and rebalancing. It’s a time to pause, gather the inner fruits of your efforts, and prepare for the seasonal shift ahead.

Surrounded by the nurturing frequency of the Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, drum, gong and many other instruments, you will leave feeling aligned, clear, and deeply nourished.
