Would you like an opportunity to practice self care each week? That is really what our classes are all about. Self care for your mind, body and soul with breathing practicing, mindful movement and relaxation.

I have just opened up registration for Term 3 of Slow, Mindful Yoga classes in Seacliff.

Classes are held Monday and Thursday evening 7:15-8:15pm in Seacliff.
