Join me for a mid year sound bowl workshop! We do level one and level two on the weekend and learn how to play the bowls, chords and notes to play, rainbow sounds playing techniques, science and how the bowls can effect your nervous system, epigenetics and brain waves.

Level two we learn how to become an exceptional sound bath practitioner learning musical theory with octaves, dissonance, how to play a full hour sound bath! It’s my favourite day!
