Feel, Be, Embody: Stages of Emotional Liberation and Alchemy w/ Ashley

In Tantra, emotions are not obstacles to avoid but powerful sources of wisdom and energy that can enrich our life experiences and deepen intimacy with ourselves & others. Yet many of us have been taught to suppress, hide, or bypass our emotions, leaving them trapped in the body and disconnecting us from the full spectrum of our vitality.

This experiential workshop invites you into a new relationship with your emotions. Through a guided embodied practice, you’ll explore three core stages of emotional alchemy: feel deeply, be present with your emotions, and embody fully. Together, we’ll explore how every emotion becomes a doorway to greater freedom, authenticity, and intimacy.

What to expect:

Meditation and group connection

Teaching on emotional disconnection and reconnection

Introduction to a 3-stage embodiment process

Demonstration and full guided emotional practice

Space to explore core emotions: anger, sadness, fear, and joy

Integration through meditation, reflection, and optional sharing

Practical tools for daily use, emotional triggers, and deeper connection
