A hula hoop class is a fun and engaging way to develop coordination, strength, and rhythm while also offering various cognitive and physical benefits. These classes often incorporate dance and movement, making it a creative and holistic workout.

• All level welcomed. From beginners to advanced hoopers.

• NO PRIOR DANCE OR HOOPING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Everyone can progress at their own pace.

* One hour class + loaner hula hoop - $20
* One hour class + Take home hula hoop - $40

Hula hoops will be available for purchase upon request after the class.

Ages from 16+

Class Structure:

• Warm-Up: Gentle stretches and mobility exercises to prepare the body for movement.

• Basic Techniques: Learn fundamental hooping skills such as waist hooping, hand hooping, and off-body tricks.

• Choreography/Flow Practice: Incorporate dance or rhythm-based movements with the hoop for creative expression.

• Cool Down: Stretching and relaxation to release tension and promote flexibility.
