Connection Meditation Sound Healing Circle

Please join me in circle to connect, heal and experience a guided meditation including sound healing and the infusion of Devine Reiki/Seichim healing energies.

We will begin the circle with a brief introduction of self followed by a guided meditation and sound healing journey.

You will be given time to journal after the meditation and connect with like minded souls over a cuppa and light refreshment.

I will have yoga mats ready, but you are welcome to request a chair if you prefer (please let me know upon booking).

Please bring along if you wish for comfort:

Event is to be held at the Coromandel Community Centre 442B Main Road Coromandel Valley. We are in the room to the left upon entry of the centre.

Time: 6.30pm sharp - 9.00pm (can arrive from 6.20pm).
