Whāingaroa backdune planting - Wainamu

There's <300 native plants left to go in the backdune area along Riria Kereopa Memorial Drive. Please help us on this last push for the season in Whāingaroa - if there's enough hands/energy we'll try to snug some shelters around the ti kouka to protect them from rabbits too. Short and sweet effort for a Saturday morning.

Please wear footwear suitable for digging, bring a water bottle and gloves if you want them.
To protect the health of ourselves and our restoration sites, we ask that you arrive with clean footwear and equipment and stay home if you feel unwell.
