📍 Meet at Waggener High School Track Parking Lot
🕡 Warmup run begins at 6:30 PM

We’re back to Norbourne this week with 2 x 1-2-3 Minute Intervals at Norbourne Loop. Run 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy; 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy; and 3 minutes hard, 3 minutes easy. Repeat 2 times. Looking for a longer session? Just repeat 3 times!.

This workout is great for pacing practice and endurance building. We’ll warm up together with an easy run through the neighborhood to Norbourne and cool down together afterward.
