Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging (NEI3A) is offering Tai Chi classes in Independence from July 8 through August 28, 2025. Classes will be held at The Wellness Center @ BCHC (1600 1st Street E), Independence, IA 50644, every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
For those aged 60 and older, the suggested contribution is $4.00 per class. For anyone under 60, the fee is $4.00 per class. Space is limited, so please register by July 3 by calling Sara Hawkins at 319-332-0850.
