Getting in Touch with your Angels and Spirit Guides

After a selection of light desserts is served, there will be a discussion about the different ways one can be contacted by an Angel and Spirit guide, Afterwards, there will be a group hypnosis session for getting in touch with your angels and spirit guides followed by an opportunity for everyone to share their experience.
Foods to be served: Angel food cake with a variety of topping options, fruit and drinks.
