THE GLITCH is a one-day art event where the digital and physical worlds collide. Inspired by millennial nostalgia, corrupted technoculture, and the algorithmic distortion of our lives; this immersive show blends a variety of mediums and audience interaction to create a drop-in event that feels like stepping inside a tear in reality – or your favourite broken video game.
Held at The Wherehouse (12 Cataraqui St.,) THE GLITCH is not your typical gallery show and art market. Through interactive installations, visuals from underground artists, and nostalgic tech reimagined with a DIY lens, THE GLITCH invites visitors to plug-in, play, and get lost in the noise.
The best part? Admission is 100% free. No paywall. No firewall. Just vibes. The artists will have a variety of wares available at the “Item Shop,” and guests can enjoy a selection of “Potions and Powerups” all day from our licensed bar.
