Absolutely no experience needed. This is not your regular yoga class.

As adults we often take ourselves, our lives and our world too seriously.
This fun, playful form of yoga uses the positive effects of breathing techniques & laughter (which makes you breath deeper) to promote well-being and improved mental health.
It also helps tone the tummy muscles and massages your organs helping them to function better.
Who knew, that all you need to do is laugh! 😂🤣

This class will bring a light hearted attitude and joy to make it so much easier to lift the worries, stress and burdens that everyday life can bring these days (Sheesh lol)

By doing these laughing exercises on purpose ~ just like smiling ~ your body cannot distinguish between a real laugh or a fake one, both trigger the release of endorphins. What better way to start your weekend?!
