Join us monthly on the 2nd Monday from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm and 4th Wednesday from 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm at Sentara Obici Hospital Godwin Blvd Suffolk, VA 23434. Check-in at the Main Entrance Information Desk to determine classroom location.

This group is open to anyone during pregnancy or the first year postpartum.
