This is not a class or training—it's an opportunity to explore how these modalities feel in your body and spirit, and to notice if the frequency resonates with you.

✨ What to Expect:

A soft, intuitive experience—no prior knowledge or expectations needed

Grounding meditation to open you to presence and breath

Live vibrational sound with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and gong

Reiki-infused meditation & frequencies woven through the sound tapestry

A peaceful group holding space, centered in heart and intention

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your breath, and whatever makes you feel supported and cozy.

🧘‍♀️. Doors open at 6:15 PM. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow. Extra provided. Chairs provided for those that would be more comfortable sitting.
