Mahi's Ethiopian Kitchen is Columbia's first and only Ethiopian restaurant. With a menu that contains more vegan items than non-vegan items, Mahi has warmed the hearts of many a vegan in Columbia and she deserves plenty of love! If you find yourself walking past Alley A and thinking "wow, something smells great," it's probably Ethiopian food, and it's probably vegan :). Grab some injera and get ready to vote!
If you can't come to the group meetup, you can still eat and vote throughout the month during their normal business hours.
