Kicking off the Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC) Series right with a cold noodle salad in this warm summer heat!
All month long, restaurants will be competing to provide the best NEW vegan options in Columbia, and we will be supporting, voting, and hopefully prompting some expansion of our vegan offerings in town! See participating restaurants and menus here: https://veganchefchallenge.org/columbia/
Let's give Le Bao some love! If the cold noodle salad doesn't sound like your jam, they have other, well marked vegan options on their menu (including a dessert). Bring your non-vegan friends too, let them try some tasty, healthy, vegan food from the best ramen spot in town!
