WEEKLY CLASS! Do you love flow classes, but you're nervous about working with an injury? Are you looking for ways to practice asana that are more gentle on your wrists or knees? Still unsure if you are 'chaturunga'-ing correctly?

Each week we will work through a slow flow, mixed-modality asana class. You can expect in-depth demonstrations and brainstorming with props (blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, and chairs) to help personalize your yoga practice for your needs. This class is perfect for anyone looking to move with intention, offering a balanced amount of effort and ease in a room-temperature space (not heated). Pace is slower than power flow, but more active than a gentle or yin class.
