Instructor Development

The program consists of in-class content to develop the necessary knowledge and skill to effectively teach first aid. Following the in-class portion, instructor candidates will be paired with experienced instructors to team-teach to further develop their skills.
Finally, all instructor candidates are monitored by an instructor-trainer while teaching a full two-day first aid course. After successful monitoring, candidates are authorized to teach first aid courses on their own.
