Location: On location in Brisbane CBD weather permitting.

Cost: $60 includes 2 half sheets 300gsm rough watercolour paper. If bringing your own watercolour paper $50.

It is for beginners to advanced even if you have never painted before we will have you creating art you are proud of.
If you have materials including watercolours and brushes bring them. If you have no materials just bring yourself and i will supply requirements within the cost of the workshop.
We will meet in Queen Street Mall near the intersection of Edward Street chose a nearby subject/s and sketch there as well as locations along George Street as we move to the Botanic Gardens where we will chose a comfortable location to work. In Queen Street Mall there are lovely red umbrellas in cafe scene style and we will certainly use this as one subject.
Whilst you will practise on pieces of watercolour paper final sketch/watercolours will be on A3 size 300gsm rough watercolour paper. We will use coreflute boards to tape our paper to. If you have the like bring it otherwise supplied.
If not driving public transport is available by bus or train. If you wish you can bring a fold up chair bring it, if not we will find seating on location to work at.
