OPA-Cize - Greek Exercize & Dance Class

Come to OPA-Cize at St Sophia’s in Albany, a fun weekly dance and exercise class to Greek music open to everyone. Think Greek Zumba. We exercise and We Raise Money for local charities, this summer 50% of the revenue will go to the Women’s Health Program at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center and the Albany Therapeutic Riding Center.
