This class focuses on barbell technique, safe movement, and learning what your body needs to lift weights safely and effectively!

Each class will look a little different with a lifting theme or focus. Discover new movements you can bring into your workouts and mix up your normal routine!

Coached by ROCovery's professional fitness and weightlifting enthusiast, Jacquelin. Barbell 101 will bring all the fitness, fun, and learning you want from a group class.

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
