Wednesday Circuits Early Bird

Expect to work hard and laugh in this strength training class. Erin is passionate about enjoyable movement that challenges the body AND the brain. She brings a mix of traditional body weight exercises, functional movement and yoga to each class.
Participants can expect to move through circuits with short rests and groove to great tunes.
Class format is a brief warm up, a 45 minute workout and a brief cool down.
Kids and babies are welcome, but there is no specific childcare attendant.
