Move for Birth is a mobility and strength class for expectant folks who desire to stay strong and mobile during their pregnancy.
Class will focus on hip, ankle and low back mobility explorations as well as include body weight work and weighted exercises to make sure we stay strong, balanced and free in our ever changing bodies.
While class language will be geared towards labor prep, class is not limited to pregnant folks! All bodies and humans who seek to increase their mobility and strength in a gentle manner are welcome to join.
