The Sunday Sprint

A simulated sprint distance group workout on the ROC Tri course and features:
- Open-water swim on the bouy-line that parallels shoreline
- Bike course on a smooth pavement
- Secured transition area with bike racks
- A beautiful stroll down the shoreline

MAY: RBR Format - Run 1-mile, Bike 12-miles (2 loops), Run 3.1-miles (5k).

JUN-AUG: SBR Format - Open-Water Swim (0.5 miles), Bike 12-miles (2 loops), Run 3.1-mile (5k).

CANCELLATIONS / DELAYS: All workouts subject to change, delay, or cancellation based on conditions at that particular location. To avoid any confusion, β€œAssume all formal workouts are a GO” unless otherwise notified/posted/emailed up 1 hour before the start time and communicated by a Club Officer or the Coordinator only.

NOT A RATs MEMBER? Be our guest as the first workout's on us πŸ‘ with a signed waiver.

BEGINNERS WELCOME: It's a workout, not a race and this is the perfect setting to train. If you're new to the club, sport, or the workout, please identify yourself at check-in and a coach or an experienced RAT will assist you.

NOT COMFORTABLE DOING FULL WORKOUT? No worries, "You do You" and whatever bike or gear you have is just fine. So whether you're fast, slow, or somewhere in between....you belong!
