Breathe and move in a way that is designed specifically for the pregnant & postpartum body to prepare for and recover from childbirth. We will have time for a brief community check-in, yoga/pilates based movement to build strength and stretch and end with guided relaxation & imagery. Although class is designed with the perinatal period in mind, class is also welcoming to all levels, ages and stages of life.
Babies and children are welcome in class although there is no specific childcare attendant.
