Start your morning off right! Amanda is a morning person who loves to share the practice of Yoga as a way to support her community. This gentle Yoga practice will allow you to warm up and move slowly from one posture to another, gradually transitioning into strength building postures. You can expect the music to flow with the movement. Enjoy a mix of soulful songs that open your heart and hips! We’ll end our practice with more gentle movement and the intention to create a calm mind to approach the day.

This class is suitable for all levels and will offer modifications and use of props.
