Start your day with a simple, silent sitting meditation at the center in Avondale (714 37th Street South). You can stay for as much as you have time for, but we'll have 25 minutes of silent sitting, optional 10 minute walking break, then another 25 minutes of silent sitting.

All meditation sessions are free and open to the public:

Wednesdays 7-8 a.m.
Wednesdays 10-11 a.m.
Thursdays 7-8 p.m.
Fridays 7-8:00 a.m.
