Join us for our Quarterly Daylong Qigong & Mindful Movement Retreat with Jim Dalton. This workshop will focus on cultivating mindfulness through the four primary bodily positions: sitting, standing, walking, and lying down — along with the transitions between. Jim will guide us through Qigong breathing and movement patterns designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. We'll pause throughout the day to reflect on mindfulness-themed poetry, and make time to simply sit together in silence.
