What does it mean to feel truly alive? Muscles stretching, hearts pumping, breath expanding - we explore the sensations that allow us to feel this aliveness within bodies. In whichever state we show up to dance, our movement is a declaration that we choose to be living! In yin or yang, pain or joy, stiffness or flow, may we find our will to thrive!
