Live Music @Savoy's Fridays with Midnight Starlight

Join us Friday, June 27th for another vibrant evening at Savoy Fridays - a night filled with dancing, connection, and all the good vibes you’ve been waiting for, including LIVE MUSIC with midnight starlight!

Known for their vintage-inspired sound and danceable rhythms, midnight starlight delivers a mix of classic swing, jazz, and a touch of modern flair that keeps the floor moving all night.

For the class right before the dance, Vi Spencer and Laura Lee Spencer continue their series “Jazz Choreo Fridays!” Vi started Lindy in Seattle in the 90’s and learned steps from the original ambassadors of the dance while Laura learned in Europe and loves performance and choreography of fun routines!

COST: $8 to $15 for nonmembers (sliding scale) (FREE to SSC Members)

TIME: Check in at 7:20pm | Class from 7:30pm to 8:30pm | Dance: 8:30pm to 11:00pm

CLASS DEETS: Sweatin’ to the old school! Turn up the summer heat as we mix old school vernacular jazz (the tick tok! opposites! the eagle slide) from Vi’s extensive classic repertoire in a fresh Laura choreo! Don’t forget water and an extra t-shirt!
