You’ll enjoy a 4-course dinner prepared by Chef Josh Thorburn using locally sourced ingredients including wild salmon, summer fruits and vegetables and sweet scallops. Each course will be perfectly paired with Monument Wines and expertly described by Winemaker Tyler Magyar.
