Summer is simmering, which means lots of growth and excitement out here in the gardens!
Our groundskeeper, Jack, is organizing another volunteer day on Saturday, June 28th, to get a handle on some of our tougher gardening beds to maintain. In addition, there are (still) some full storage areas that need emptying. These tasks will be smoother, more fun, and much quicker with your help π
The event will be from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. We suggest you bring the following items:
π₯Ύ Comfortable shoes to work and walk in.
π§’ A hat to help with the sun (if itβs sunny).
βοΈ A raincoat to help with the rain (if itβs raining).
π· Pants and a shirt you donβt mind getting muddy/dirty.
𧀠Gardening Gloves, the tougher the better (Blackberries are mean).
π± Shovels or preferred tools for gardening.
π§ A water bottle to stay hydrated.
