EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) #2 with Lori Vitello and Emotional Training by Dr. Wendy Ormsby

I will begin the first 30 minutes with the emotions, where they sit in the body, what time they are active and how to balance them. The second half Lori Vitello will give session #2 on EFT (tapping).
