Yin Yoga invites you to journey inward, embracing slow, intentional postures that reveal your true self. By holding each pose for 2 to 5 minutes, we gently stress the connective tissues—fascia, tendons, and ligaments—facilitating the release of stored traumas and stagnant beliefs. 

This meditative practice, combined with mindfulness, fosters profound personal growth and shadow work. Join us every other Wednesday to nurture your natural, divine essence in a safe and loving environment. Yin Yoga is suitable for all experience levels, body types, religions, and genders. You are safe. You are loved. You are divine.

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat (available if needed)
• Props such as blocks
• Water
• Journal (optional)

This class is donation-based. All love offerings help Wendy Bird and Mystic Life bring more healing classes to the community.
