It's time for our annual summer cookout, so plan to come hungry and leave with a full belly and hopefully lots of new cars for your collection!
Please note that normal club fees will still apply, so please pay before setting up, browsing the tables, or eating food.
*PLEASE DO NOT MAKE JIM OR JUDY COME TO YOU AND ASK FOR YOUR PAYMENT as they will be very busy cooking and running the event.
Admission is $1 for club members, and it is $2 for non-members. Tables are $5 for club members and $10 for non-members.
We have been asked that NO ONE arrives before noon, and that EVERYONE uses the walkway or the small grass area between the pavilion and the fire station. PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON THE HILL BETWEEN THE PARKING LOT AND THE PAVILION.
This month sellers will ONLY be able to set up outside under the pavilion. If you have a canopy and your own tables, you can set those up next to the pavilion, but we will not have access to the building or any extra tables. This means parking will be limited and we CANNOT BLOCK THE FIRE DEPARTMENT'S EMERGENCY VEHICLES, so everyone is asked to use the main parking lot or park along the road behind the station.
