Wellbeing workshops

Want to find out how to take better care of yourself and your wellbeing? These workshops will help you understand yourself better. Together we'll explore ways to look after your mental health. You’ll come away with new knowledge and skills to boost your wellbeing.

These sessions are free, and there's no need to book - just drop in to the Senhouse Centre between 10am - midday each Wednesday.

(Please note: there will NOT be a drop-in session on 28 May, 23 July or 30 July.)

We can also link you up with one-on-one help from our partners, such as GPs at Cumbria Health and support workers from Everyturn, if you need more support.
