With the experiences of the past few years, we feel it’s more important than ever to look after our mental well-being and getting outdoors to paddle (in our opinion) is just about the best way to do this. It’s also ideal as a safe socially distanced activity.
This course will incorporate learning to Stand Up Paddleboard in a relaxed environment by a friendly experienced SUP Instructor while being centered around your well-being to help you unwind.

Taking to the water is well known for its restorative benefits and we shall be coupling this with stretching and breathing techniques, lead by a friendly experienced personal trainer to help you get the most from your time on the water. Sessions will be rounded off with sit spots, essential oils and relaxing herbal teas to help bring ourselves back into balance.

If you’re finding the current times particularly challenging or feel some downtime would ease the burden this could be for you.
