Lace Making with Annette Thomas

Want to learn about the gentle art of bobbin lacemaking. Annette will look at the different forms of lace - Bedfordshire, Bucks Point Ground and Torchon and also contrast these types against a traditional and contemporary background. Lacemaking is kept alive by people who love the craft and Annette is passionate about passing on her knowledge and ensuring that everyone enjoys their lacemaking time.

All lacemakers are welcome – including the new to the craft and those with some experience.

In addition to spending your time crafting, Tudor Rose Patchwork offers a special lunchtime menu at O For Coffee for students. You can choose from a selection of jacket potatoes, sandwiches, paninis, toasties and soups.
