Introduction to Qigong for Wellbeing with Caroline Gibson

Qigong focuses on controlling your movement and self-awareness with relaxed breathing. It is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focusing. Qigong improves balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. It can be done seated as well as standing.

Caroline has studied Tai Chi & Qigong for over 20 years and is passionate about helping others to raise their level of self-awareness and mobility through the breathing exercises of Qigong - sometimes referred to as meditation in movement.

Caroline is a qualified Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor trained through Kaiming.co.uk.and is a member of TCUGB (Tai Chi Union of Great Britain).

She moved to Shropshire 3 years ago -and started teaching Tai Chi & Qigong a year ago.

Caroline previously taught English and Psychology and brings elements of both into her wellbeing sessions.

These workshops are suitable for any age or ability.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers or similar flat footwear, and bring some water to drink.
