Worthing's sauna on the beach - community, women's and private sessions

We're here on Worthing beach every Sunday for community, women's and private sauna sessions. Our community sauna sessions are at 9.00, 17.00 and 19.00. Our women's sauna is at 11.00 and private sessions are available between 10.00-18.30.


We have passes available for 6 community / women's sessions for the price of 5, bookable through the website.
